Nick’s career began in financial services at Tyler Technologies, a dominant software development firm based in Texas. He had the opportunity to explore nearly all aspects of the business working not only in the financial services department, but also in sales, I.T, and marketing. Nick worked for two years, post-undergrad, at Cellular Sales working as a Client Sales Consultant. He was able to become one of the company’s highest performing consultants and earned various performance milestones. He was able to hone his customer service and relationship values and skills during this experience and is excited to utilize them at Baird.
After his various experiences, Nick decided to enter the more intimate and personal work environment that is Private Wealth Management. He joined his father, Eric Pronovost, and the rest of the team in 2023 at the Pronovost Group. As a Client Specialist, Nick has been eager to build long-term relationships with clients and his team.
Nick successfully completed his undergraduate program at Dalhousie University located in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Graduating with a bachelor’s in management with a major in Entrepreneurship and Innovation in 2020. After working for two years post-undergrad, Nick earned his master’s degree of Science Management in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Babson College. He graduated near the top of his program earning him the honorary title of summa cum laude with a 3.97 GPA.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys reading, writing, music, fitness, and traveling when possible. He grew up playing soccer year-round and played for multiple premier, Olympic development, and local community-based teams. Throughout his academic experiences, Nick has had the privilege of building friendships with people all over the world and hopes to build many more in the future.
