Andrew McKay

Andy has over 35 years’ experience in executing middle-market M&A, investment, financial, valuation, and other business transactions. Prior to joining Baird, he was Head of Investment Banking at Hilliard Lyons. He is Accredited in Business Valuation by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Andy is a board member of several closely held and family businesses. He has a B.S. from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a J.D. with honors from the University of Georgia School of Law
